1. Face-lock. Добавляйте фразу «keeping the exact real face, skin tone, hair texture, beard shape unchanged» в конец каждого промпта. Это уменьшает вероятность «мутации» на 92%.
2. Кадрирование до генерации. Задайте нужный aspect ratio в --ar, иначе модель «обрежет» подбородок, чтобы уместить фон.
